2007 has been a very busy year for Todd and I. We are so lucky to be a part of so many wonderful life events for our family and friends. I realized the other day that I have been on a vacation or mini trip almost every month this year. Some of these trips I made without Todd due to his out to sea schedule with the Navy. His thoughts were always with me.
In February, I was in a Wedding in Napa Valley for my friend's Elisa and Charlie Andrews. Mom, Dad and I went up to wine country for 3 days. We managed to taste and eat so many wonderful treats. One highlight was the tour and tasting at the Rubicon Estate. In April, I visited my Sister Cherie and her family, in Hampton VA, for a week to help out after the birth of our Nephew Kaikane. I received a hands on idea of how life as a Mom would be. Getting to spend so much time with Kaulani and Kalei was a rarity that I treasure.
Early May I traveled to Phoenix, Arizona for my Brother David's graduation from ASU. My Parents as well as Kim and Fred came out for the ceremony. We had a nice family dinner the night before graduation. May had another fun weekend trip to beautiful Catalina Island. Our friends Sean and Wendy were married on the beach and held a reception at the base of the Casino building on the docks.
June was a girls trip to Bajamar, Mexico to celebrate with our friend Christy before her Wedding. Brad and Christy were married Saturday July 28 at the Sheraton Harbor Island in San Diego. It was a beautiful wedding and I was very happy Todd was home to attend. Here are my favorite pictures from my adventures.
